Liath Dalton is PCT’s deputy director and a co-owner. As the group practice service plan manager, Liath is especially passionate about helping group practice leaders be resourced and supported in navigating the security compliance process and identifying the solutions and processes that meet the particular needs of their practices. Liath’s consultation area of expertise is focused on selecting the right combination of services and tech that not only meets the legal-ethical needs of mental health practices but also the functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness needs as well.
Liath is a Ph.D. candidate in Religious Studies. She began her academic career at Reed College and continued her graduate work at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Liath is the President of the Interfaith Council of Greater Portland, co-convener of the Beloved Community of Oregon, and formerly worked for the Harvard Pluralism Project. Liath is deeply committed to human rights and social justice advocacy and education — and loves that those are values shared by the whole PCT team.
When Liath is not in work-mode, she’s often found in her garden, exploring nature with her beloved dog, Skye, cooking tasty meals and listening to good music with her husband, and spending time with loved ones.
