Ethical and HIPAA-Compliant Web Presence Package

2 CE credit hours in 2 courses. These two courses provide a survey of ethical and HIPAA-compliance issues that arise in the therapist’s web presence — both personal and professional. Here, “web presence” means social media profiles, the therapist’s professional website, use of listservs and Facebook groups, and much more. These courses cover professional boundary issues, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance in online presence.
