The services plan base for the year 2 Group Practice HIPAA Security Compliance maintenance program for Fort Mill Psychotherapy includes the following:

• Leadership Seats for owner/security officer and deputy security officer, and admin (3 total included in program base)
• Updated Materials any updates to materials (risk analysis tool, policies & procedures, forms and logs, workforce manual and leadership manual)
• BYOD: Mind Body Wellness custom BYOD and Device Security Instruction Center will be maintained and updated as needed. PCT will continue to process and support device registration and termination for team members with seats
• Additional Support: Performing Annual Risk Analysis, Access to Group Leaders Meetings and Group Practice Office Hours. Account management and project management platform. Training assigning and reminding
• Returning Workforce Seats X 6 — training + continued BYOD processing and support

*New Workforce Seats to add team members are a one time seat cost of $80 per workforce member (clinical or admin) to add a seat to your program at any time during the service term
