Our Progress Notes

All Call Technologies LogoAll Call Technologies provides what they call a “Virtual Receptionist” – a phone system that allows you to keep your business and personal numbers separate, and creates a professional phone presence for your business. This system, complete with professional voice recordings, allows for different system messages for different times of day, routing to a virtual assistant if you have one, and e-mail and SMS notification of new voicemails.

Our buddy Rob Reinhardt has been using All Call Technologies for 5 years now, so we’re happy to finally have our own assessment of them. From a HIPAA standpoint, All Call offers a BAA, so it is possible to use their system in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

We enjoyed talking with All Call’s owner, Greg, about their system. He and his wife have clearly put a lot of thought into how to adapt their business to their users’ needs, starting in the insurance industry and eventually branching out into healthcare. We greatly appreciated the hands-on approach his company takes to getting new users set up – there are a lot of options and having someone to help you through that process is a rarity indeed.
