Visibook is a scheduling, reminder, payment, and calendar synch phone app that targets mental health therapists, massage therapists, hairstylists, and other personal service professionals. Their tool allows you to offer a self-scheduling portal to clients, communicate through the app with those clients, accept payments and deposits for different services, and send reminders to clients of upcoming appointments, all the while synchronizing with your Google calendar to keep you up to date with your schedule.
Visibook does not currently offer a HIPAA-compliant option, and don’t offer a BAA. They reported they are considering adding this in the future, and will let us know if that happens.
