Well, friends, July is here and we are well into the last half of this strange year.

And that means that we need to wrap our heads around practicing teletherapy online for the long haul.
So if you have a tippy table, or are feeling generally dissatisfied with teletherapy for your practice — or group practice — friends, we need to talk.

We are here to empower you in feeling secure and confident that you are offering effective client care — whether someone is able to come into your office, or has to stay home and have their session via teletherapy.

Since the panic of the initial transition to teletherapy has passed, we are looking into new ways to support you best in these shifting times. So, if you have been procrastinating jumping on our steep discounts (we’ve all been there!), you should take note that we are ending the discounts on our telemental health programs.

(That means the 20% discount on our Individual Telemental Health and the 50% off of the materials component of our Group Practice Telemental Health program will be gone at the end of the month. )

We discounted these to make sure you were able to shift into telehealth with competence and confidence. After all, no one wants to struggle to make ends meet or struggle in providing client care! But now that the time for the quick shift has passed, we are seeing that we are in this for the long haul.

It’s time to buckle up, friends. It looks like we’ll be on this ride for a while and it’s worth staying safe and secure.

Ready to feel more confident in your teletherapy client care?

This is where we hear that you might be struggling. It’s okay. You have overcome navigating the teletherapy switch in record time, and are ready to feel as competent and confident online as you do from across the couch.

You can maximize the positive impact that telemental health has on your practice or group practice. Because at the end of the day, you want to help and care for as many folks as possible right now, and teletherapy is giving us the ability to continue and start care for clients both near and far.

We have a selection of resources that will help you feel comfortable:

…knowing how to legally and ethically navigate cross-jurisdictional practice regulations

…be more effective in translating your in-person therapy skills on camera.

…with using the online disinhibition effect for good in your sessions

You also get regular access to direct consultation and support around your particular questions and practical application needs from Roy and our team of experts — whether you’re a group practice leader or in private practice. If you’re in private practice, you receive access to our weekly online support event, Office Hours. If you’re a group practice owner/leader (and your program includes the support component) you get access to our Group Leaders Meetings, held multiple times per month, which are our support forum for you to connect with both the PCT team and fellow group leaders via live webinar.

I encourage you to schedule a consult with our team so that you can see how PCT’s telemental health program can be personalized to make your life easier and make the teletherapy component of your practice thrive.

If you’re a private practitioner schedule here.

If you’re a group owner/leader, schedule here.

After-all, we’re in this for the long haul. Might as well get comfy with teletherapy and lean in for the long term. We’re right here with you, every step of the way.
