Use systems and sustainable strategies to design a life that you love

Here’s the truth: You can’t possibly muster up the energy to make positive change when you’re already emotionally/physically/psychologically spent.

That’s why as mental health professionals it is more important than ever to start and sustain the habits that prevent burnout and increase satisfaction, profitability, and overall happiness.

Who is this event for?

This course is designed for group practice leaders, group practice clinical staff members, as well as solo practitioners and in private practice. It is also suitable for practices that consist of 100% in-person, 100% telehealth, or a mixture of in-person and telehealth treatment.
